Set in the far future, The enigmatic Old Era is an era in which humanity has expanded its influence beyond Earth. However, during the Old War, technology has turned against humanity. The player character is a Tenno, a class of master warriors who wield classical weapons such as swords, throwing knives, and firearms.

Guilty Gear

Science invents magic. Someone discovers the extradimensional space that can manipulate physical reality. He establishes a system for the benefit of humanity (Universal Will). However, Universal Will does not believe people were existing in a state of self-determination and were not true humans.

SPEX | Ai no Kusabi

A distant planet far from civilized space practiced scientific research in isolation. An artificial intelligence seizes power and humans are govenned by machines. With superb biotechnology comes excellent medical care, genetic tampering, a skewed birth rate of 1 girl for every 9 boys, and other government powers over people.

SPEX originated as my series of fanfictions (canonical extensions) to Ai no Kusabi.
